Iris Proctor serves as the Director of Integrated Services of Hope Medical Clinic (HOPE). HOPE’s mission is to care for the whole person with free and integrated medical, dental, food, behavioral health (BH) and spiritual care. For more than a decade, Iris has led faith based, non-profit agencies providing whole person, integrated healthcare to at risk populations. To each organization she has brought 25+ years of for-profit experience that resulted in greater missional alignment, larger numbers of people served, improved client outcomes, and reduced costs without sacrificing service delivery. In April 2020, Iris joined HOPE and within two years, working at all levels of HOPE’s leadership, its mission and purpose were redefined to focus on whole person integrated care. Iris graduated with a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from the University of Michigan-Ann Arbor in the Spring of 2024, while working as the Director of Integrated Services at HOPE.
