I am board certified in clinical health psychology and an Air Force veteran. Over the last 20 years, I led the development, implementation, dissemination and quality improvement efforts for primary care behavioral health services in the military health system. My work focused on standardizing system wide clinical practice policies, primary care behavioral health consultant training and standards, electronic health record redesign, patient care pathway design and implementation, and quality and clinical outcomes assessment and improvement. I am currently the Co-Director of C&C Hunter consulting with an interested in applying my experience and expertise to health systems and clinics that want to establish, expand or improve their integrated behavioral health services in primary care with a focus on whole person and team-based care.
