Dr. Gesa Maria Kohlmeier is a licensed clinical psychologist and assistant professor at the University of Colorado, Department of Family Medicine. She is practicing integrated behavioral health care and is an attending at UCHealth Primary Care Lone Tree. There, she supervises and teaches doctoral trainees, treats patients, consults, leads the Assessment Committee, and participates in program development. Gesa completed her doctorate in clinical psychology with an emphasis in child and adolescent psychology at Adler University in Chicago, IL. Her doctoral and post-doctoral training included practicums in psychiatric inpatient, community mental health, forensic, and private practice settings. In her free time, her passions include traveling, cooking, and painting.
