This Session is Invitation Only Approximately 50 national thought leaders and experts will come together for a high-level discussion focused on opportunities, challenges, and emerging directions in Integrated Care. Scheduled during the conference’s concurrent sessions, this in-person only gathering is intended to promote candid exchange, relationship building, and collective problem-solving among leaders representing academic medical centers, FQHCs, healthcare systems, research organizations, policy groups, and other influential stakeholders shaping the future of healthcare delivery.

The focus of this convening will be the “Big Questions” facing healthcare today, including:

• Affordability and sustainability of care
• Expanding access to behavioral health and primary care services
• Technological innovation and transformation
• The evolving future of integrated care models Insights from the convening will be synthesized into a white paper summarizing key themes, priorities, and recommendations emerging from the conversation.
