This study gathered perspectives of adolescents and young adults (AYA) with lived experience of suicidal thoughts and/or behaviors and their caregivers regarding delivery and implementation of two suicide prevention programs. AYA and caregiver perspectives are reviewed separately and then compared across the two groups. Overall findings are shared, and conclusions include next steps for these programs and key adaptations that should be considered for healthcare systems.
