Rachelle Glavin, MHA, currently serves as the Vice President of Health Home at Compass Health Network and has more than 18 years of experience in behavioral health, integrated care, healthcare strategy, and program development. Throughout her career, she has collaborated on the development and supported innovative, statewide approaches to delivering integrated and value-based healthcare services for Missourians.
Prior to joining Compass Health, Rachelle spent nearly two decades with the Missouri Behavioral Health Council (MBHC), where she served as Executive Vice President of Strategic Initiatives. In this role, she supported the strategic direction of the organization and worked closely with the Missouri Department of Mental Health, Missouri Department of Social Services (MO HealthNet Division), Missouri Hospital Association, Missouri Primary Care Association, and other healthcare stakeholders to advance integrated care programs, health information technology, and statewide healthcare initiatives. She also oversaw clinical and data management operations, grant-funded programs, and consulting services provided through CLIVE Solutions, MBHC’s health information and consulting subsidiary.
In 2025, Rachelle transitioned from the state and association side of healthcare to the provider setting, joining Compass Health Network as Vice President of Health Home. She provides leadership for Compass Health’s Behavioral Health Home (BHH), Primary Care Health Home (PCHH), and Developmental Disabilities Health Home (DDHH) programs, focusing on advancing integrated, person-centered care and population health models that improve health outcomes, strengthen care coordination, and address the whole-person needs of individuals served.
Rachelle holds a Master of Healthcare Administration (MHA) degree and is passionate about building partnerships, driving innovation, and improving healthcare programs and systems that support individuals with complex health and social needs. Her work centers on creating sustainable, person-centered models of care that improve outcomes for individuals, families, and communities.
