Jackie Bartley, RN, BSN is the Senior Director of Nurse Care Manager Services for Developmental Disabilities Health Home (DDHH) at Compass Health, where she provides strategic leadership to programs dedicated to high quality care coordination and nurse care management services to clients with developmental disabilities. Jackie brings more than three decades of diverse nursing experience and more than 12 years of dedicated service to Compass Health.

Jackie earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Central Missouri State University in 1985. Her clinical background spans a wide range of specialties, including orthopedics, geriatrics, nursing education, case management, and medical coding. This breadth of experience has shaped her strong clinical judgment, operational insight, and passion for supporting both staff and the individuals that Compass Health serves.

Since joining Compass over 12 years ago, Jackie has served in several key roles, including Nurse Care Manager and Regional Nurse Director. Her consistent leadership and commitment to excellence led to her transition in April 2024 to the role of Senior Director of Nurse Care Manager Services for DDHH. In this capacity, she oversees large scale program operations, supports nurse leadership across regions, and drives initiatives that enhance patient outcomes and care team performance.

Based in Camdenton, Missouri, Jackie is known for her steady leadership, collaborative approach, and deep dedication to elevating nursing practice within community behavioral health and developmental disability services.
