Purpose

To understand and support the Advancement of Collaborative Care internally as part of CFHA strategic framework and externally across state and federal legislation and policies.

Goals and Outcomes

  1. Understand some shared savings and value-based incentives that have been implemented for collaborative care nationally
  2. Outcomes and implementation successes in special populations, pediatrics, women's health, and substance misuse
  3. Review of upcoming research such as new scoping review and large-scale trials for Bipolar and PTSD
  4. Broad scale adoptions of Collaborative Care and related outcomes such as clinical outcomes and total cost of care reductions
