Dr. Lesley Manson has over two decades of experience in clinical, management, and consultative services within integrated care. She specializes in building fiscally sustainable healthcare models, focusing on behavioral health integration and return on investment. Dr. Manson has led multidisciplinary teams to improve healthcare outcomes, patient engagement, and reduce costs through quality improvement and standardization. She has contributed to the development of electronic medical records and is a national speaker on integrated care. Currently, she is a master trainer for PROSPER and motivational interviewing and an Associate Chair and Clinical Associate Professor at Arizona State University's Doctor of Behavioral Health Program. Dr. Manson also provides consultation and training for healthcare organizations in the U.S., Canada, and the EU, and has published extensively on integrated care. She serves on various professional boards and was honored with the Johnson & Johnson UCLA Health Care Executive Program certification.
