Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights – 10/16-10/18

Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday nights – 10/15-10/17
The hotel still has rooms available for these nights, but you can’t reserve them through the "Book your hotel room" link above.

If you need rooms for Monday, Tuesday, and/or Wednesday in addition to rooms for any of the other nights, please do the following.

1. Use the link to block the hotel room nights you need for Thursday, Friday, and/or Saturday.
2. Reach out to Sharolyn Stephens (info below) to add Monday, Tuesday, and/or Wednesday at the group rate.
