Andrew S. Valeras, DO, MPH, FAAFP, FACPM, is the Associate Program Director for the Dartmouth Hitchcock Leadership Preventive Medicine Residency and core faculty with the NH Dartmouth Family Medicine Residency. Dr. Valeras has dedicated the past decade to developing physicians as leaders and agents of change. His work centers on personal and professional development, quality improvement, and systems thinking, helping clinicians translate everyday practice into meaningful system-level transformation.
Dr. Valeras co-founded Metaphora Consulting with his wife, Dr. Aimee Valeras, to support personal and organizational health in leadership. Through coaching, education, and consulting, he integrates clinical experience, public health training, and organizational insight to help individuals and teams thrive in complex health systems.
